AP CM Chandrababu Naidu inaugurated a Mission Karmayogi workshop in Vijayawada aimed at enhancing government employees’ skills, capacity building and administrative efficiency.

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu stated that the ‘Mission Karmayogi’ workshop is being organized with the aim of enhancing the capabilities and administrative skills of government employees. The Chief Minister participated in the ‘Mission Karmayogi’ program held today (Tuesday) at the Ambedkar Kalavedika in Vijayawada. He inaugurated the regional workshop, which brought together representatives from southern states.
The officials belonging to Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Odisha, and Puducherry participated in the workshop. Discussions at the conference focused on capacity building for government training institutions and enhancing employee skills. A draft has been formulated in partnership with iGOT and the ‘Mission Karmayogi’ quality framework to boost capabilities through the ‘Unnati’ program.
Presentations regarding the policies and practices adopted by various states are being delivered at the conference. An action plan has been devised to transform government training institutions from mere course-conducting centers into entities that actively prepare staff to improve the performance of their respective departments. Following the ‘Mission Karmayogi’ program, CM Chandrababu is scheduled to visit Udayagiri in the Nellore district.
