In a tragic incident that took place on Monday at Ramalayam Street in Ambedkar Nagar Colony of Rajahmundry in East Godavari District,
In a tragic incident that took place on Monday at Ramalayam Street in Ambedkar Nagar Colony of Rajahmundry in East Godavari District, four members of the same family committed suicide by hanging themselves. It is learnt that the wife committed suicide along with her daughters and son as she was upset that her husband Nagendra Kumar had a second marriage in Vijayawada.
The dead included two children and two women. The woman, who was upset had murdered the children, was later hanged herself along with her mother. The deceased have been identified as Sangisetti Krishnaveni (55), Bhupathi Sivapavani (27), Nishan (9) and Rithika (7).
The people of Rajahmundry were shocked by the incident. Tragic shadows fell on Ramalayam Street in Ambedkar Nagar. Police are investigating the case and full details of the incident are yet to be known.
