"We will recruit all vacancies in teaching and non-teaching posts in the education sector," said State Minister for Education Adhimulapu Suresh.
The Minister asserted that the DSC would be held in January to recruit teaching posts. Sunday's state-level seminar on education reforms in Andhra Pradesh was held.
He was the chief guest at the workshop held at the Siddhartha Auditorium in Mogulrajapuram under the aegis of the Andhra Pradesh Council of Education Officers.
Initially, the representatives of the MEO community took their problems to the Minister's attention and said that the government would work with integrity to solve the issues. The Minister said that he would soon give the drawing power of salaries to MEOs.
Addressing the 40th session of the Association of School Education Services held at Revenue Bhawan, Guntur, Minister Suresh said, that DEOs will be promoted to while MEO's to DYEO.
He dismissed the claim that the commission had been set up for private and corporate schools. The e-filing system will be implemented in the offices of the DEO.
