Guntur: BJP national general secretary P Muralidhara Rao criticised the opposition, Maoists and forces opposing the CAA for encouraging violence in Delhi lowering the image of the country at the time when US President Donald Trump was visiting the country.

He was addressing a meeting conducted under the aegis of SC, ST Morchas at Guntur Convention Centre here on Wednesday to create awareness on the Citizenship (Amendment) Act.

Unable to face Prime Minister Narendra Modi politically, he said, the Congress party was conducting a false propaganda against the Central government. The Centre did not mention about Muslims in the CAA-2019.
