Job racket busted in Visakhapatnam

Visakhapatnam: A job racket has come into light in Visakhapatnam district. In the incident, as many as 100 people were duped by a fake job consultancy.

A gang has traped the unemployed youth by offering jobs in web technology and web designing and recruited more than 100 members in the name of Rainbow Technologies. As a deposit for training, they have charged Rs 9,000 to Rs 15,000 from each and collected Rs 10 lakh from them.

The incident came into light when the youth suspected foul play as the management didn't give any jobs even after three months and approached 3 Town Police Station here in the city. Over the cheating complaint, the police have registered a case and investigating further.
