Kurnool: Advocates attack each other, file cases
Two advocates attacked each other over professional issue and both filed cases on each other on Saturday late evening
Kurnool: Two advocates attacked each other over professional issue and both filed cases on each other on Saturday late evening. Circle Inspector, Kambagiri Ramudu said that Tulasi Reddy and Subbarayudu are practising as advocates at Nandyal court.
Due to professional jealousy, Tulasi Reddy and two of his followers have attacked Subbarayudu after inviting him to his office. He also allegedly threatened Subbarayudu with a pistol, said the Circle Inspector.
Subbarayudu who was injured in the attack has approached the police and lodged a complaint on Tulasi Reddy. One Rajesh who is working with Tulasi Reddy has also filed a case on Subbarayudu. He has stated that Subbarayudu has also attacked on him and has scolded him by his caste. We have received two complaints and filed cases based on the contents, added the CI.
A case under section 307 IPC was filed on Tulasi Reddy and his two more associates. Another case under SC/ST was filed on Subbarayudu who has scolded Rajesh , stated the Circle Inspector, Kambagiri Ramudu.
