Kurnool: The disteict collector, G Veera Pandiyan has constituted a committee to probe Nandyal Ammonium Gas Leak tragedy. The General Manager of District Indilusteies Corporation (DIC) Soma Sekhar Reddy was designated the Head of the committee.

The following Committee members will work under the General Manager. The team members comprise, Nandyal RDO, Zonal Manager of APIIC, Inspector of Factories, District Fire Officer and Deputy Commissioner of Labour department.

He ordered the committee members to submit the probe report at the earliest.
