West Godavari: In a tragic incident, a man has brutally killed his mother-in-law over getting anger on his wife. This incident happened at Patauru village in Tanuku mandal of West Godavari district.
Going into details, Durga Prasad and Varalaxmi got married seven months ago. Prasad works at a printing press in Hyderabad. He reached in-law's house on Wednesday morning where a clash broke out between him and his wife.
As it became severe, Varalaxmi's mother, Lakshmi, tried to console them. With this, Durga Prasad lost his cool and attacked his mother-in-law with a knife. In the attack, she suffered severe bleeding and came running on to the street.
The locals who noticed her immediately rushed to the hospital, where she died on the way. On receiving the information, the police registered a case and investigating further.
