There is no soil fault in Bhaskara Estate Apartment construction, but, there were many construction faults in the apartment, said engineering experts who inspected the apartment, after receiving request letter from Kakinada Municipal Corporation about the apartment.

The UCEK Principal P.Subba Rao, Prof.Yesuratnam, V.Ravindra, Swaroopa Rani, V.Lakshm and private engineers Gatti Satyanarayana, Chandrasekhar, Badam Sundara Rao and others inspected the apartment and came to a conclusion that the apartment should not make use for residence, except it should be demolished.
The experts said that the second, third, four and fifth apartments are in bad condition and collapse at any moment. However, they advised to the builders and the officials to contact a world-famous construction professional Ricker of Mumbai to strengthen the structure for protecting it some time.
