The sale of lands will be taken place in six locations in Visakhapatnam and three in Guntur through e-auction process is set to take place on the 29th of this month. Those who buy the land through the auction will have full rights to the land after the cash payment. BUILD AP has announced that it will be auctioning off lands with no encroachments. The government will auction all 9 lands.

The government has set a reserve price of Rs 208.62 crore. The land will be auctioned in residential areas in Nallapadu and Srinagar colonies in Guntur city and in commercial areas on GT Road while in Visakhapatnam, the auction will be held at the residential area of ​​Chinagadili, recreation lands in Aganampudi and SEZ lands in Fakir Takia.
