Rajamahendravaram: Collector D Muralidhar Reddy has directed the officials to complete the division of house sites as per schedule, as the government is very much particular to distribute house site pattas on December 25.
He inspected the division of house sites with maps and land records at Torredu village of rural mandal on Thursday.
Later, he asked the officials to identify the land for house sites in suitable areas, without giving scope for any criticism from any quarter.
It is a prestigious programme for the government and Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is very serious in this regard and any lapses in this connection will be viewed seriously.
Revenue officials and surveyors should work with coordination in this regard and complete the process, he said. Sub-Collector Anupama Anjali, tahsildar Riaz Hussein, mandal development officer Rama Rao and other officials were present.
