Severe punishment to attackers of women demanded in Ongole
Lalithakala Academy and Mrudangayogi Seva Samithi jointly raised their voice against the brutal murder of women in the name of love at a programme organised at BC Hindu hall here on Friday.

Addressing the gathering, Seva Samithi president S Siva Rama Krishna said that brutal murder of women of all age groups has become a continuous process across the country. The women were subjected to various kinds of attacks. Even months old baby and senior citizens were not spared and were attacked for sexual pleasure and were being murdered.
Death penalty to the culprit for such brutal murders is the only way to put an end to such attacks, he said and added that if the department cannot control these culprits the victims will take law into their hands and teach the culprits a lesson. He appealed to the government to take stern action to control these attacks and murders of innocent women.
Lalithakala academy president Dr S Koteswara Rao said that the culprits involved in such horrifying murders should be killed to save society.P Sudhakara Rao, K Subbaiah, B Pichaiah, K Parameswara Rao, O Prasad and others were present.
