Markapur: Superintendent of Police Pankaj Kumar Meena interacted with people who came with complaints at the Public Grievance Redressal System programme at the SP Office in Markapur on Monday.

Around 65 people from far-away villages attended with petitions seeking solutions to their problems.

The SP spoke to each complainant personally and listened to their problems in detail. He asked about the root causes of the issues and gave courage to the victims.

He directed the concerned officials to examine the complaints as per rules and take steps to resolve them quickly. The main complaints included land disputes, family problems, financial offences and disputes between husbands and wives, among others.
