Taiwanese delegation visits Sri City

Tirupati: A 14-member business delegation from the Taiwanese CNC Machine Tools manufacturing sector, headed by TJR Precision Technology CEO Chen Ying-Chu visited Sri City on Tuesday.

Sri City Foundation's President Ramesh Subramaniam has welcomed the delegation while Senior Vice President (Marketing) R Shivasankar gave them a presentation on the unique features of the integrated business city. He also highlighted the slew of incentives offered by the Central and State governments to the prospective investors coming forward for investment.

Stating that performance of Sri City is perfect, Chen Ying-Chu said that they were all impressed. He was confident that some of the Taiwanese companies from the CNC Machinery manufacturing sector would be keen to invest in Sri City.

The purpose of their visit was to have a first-hand information about the mega industrial park and explore the feasibility of setting up manufacturing units. Annotating on the visit, Sri City MD Ravindra Sannareddy said that the facility hosts more than 185 companies in various sectors, from different parts of the globe, and ten per cent of them are in engineering sector.

"We are confident, their visit will pave way for investments from the Taiwanese CNC Machine Tools manufacturing sector too," he stated.
