A Taiwanese man who was admitted at Tirupati Ruia Hospital four days back on the suspicious note of having coronavirus was tested negative. Going into details, Chen Shi Xian, a Taiwan citizen came to Chittoor district on a business purpose has been here for the past ten days.

The man who suffered cough and sore throat was admitted in Ruia hospital and kept in isolated ward. The people of Tirupati have been terrified by the propaganda that a Taiwanese person has been infected with corona. After a series of medical tests, the reports of Chen Shi Xian found negative and the doctors have been in sigh of relief.

The doctors say, there are no cases of coronavirus in Andhra Pradesh. "We are taking stern action to combat Covid. We have set up surveillance on travelers coming from overseas. A control room is available for 24 hours." Dr KS Jawhar Reddy asserted.

On the other hand, as many as total of 263 travelers have arrived in the state so far from Covid's affected countries, all of whom have been kept under scrutiny. About 50 people a week said their homes were under the supervision of doctors. The West Godavari district administration has set up isolated wards in the districts to hold tests.
