They narrated their woes to Governor Biswabhusan Harichandan in a memorandum submitted to him at Raj Bhavan here on Tuesday.

The women JAC members including Sunkara Padmasri and Gadde Anuradha talking to newsmen after submitting the memorandum to the Governor said that the government was filing criminal cases against women agitators to frighten them.
