Srikakulam : Seven workers who were injured due to the collapse of a water tank at Aurobindo Pharmaceuticals Company premises last week, received compensation from the company management on Friday.
Week days ago, seven workers were injured due to collapse of the tank. Vice-president (HR) of the Aurobindo Pharmaceuticals Company, UNB Raju, supervised the medical aid and treatment to the injured workers during the last seven days and all the seven workers have recovered.
On Friday the company's human resources (HR) wing officials N Venkata Rao, MRK Sastry and D Sundara Rao handed over banker's cheques of Rs 25,000 to each of the injured workers as financial aid.
