Kuppam: APPCB Chairman Dr P Krishnaih, along with Board Member Nageswara Raju, inspected industries and municipal solid waste facilities in Kuppam on Tuesday. At Hindalco Industries Limited, the Chairman reviewed the Zero Liquid Discharge system, wastewater treatment, and greenbelt development.
He later inspected Kuppam Municipality’s Integrated Solid Waste Processing Facility, evaluating waste segregation, disposal, and biomining activities.
Dr Krishnaih emphasized strict adherence to pollution control, scientific waste management, and the maintenance of clean, pollution-free surroundings across the region.
