Aprilia expands portfolio with the launch of SXR GT range

Hyderabad: Aprilia India on Monday launched its new SXR GT range of scooters in Hyderabad, introducing 125cc and 175cc variants. The vehicles were unveiled by Ajay Raghuvanshi, Executive Vice President, Head - 2W Domestic Business, Piaggio Vehicles Pvt Ltd.

The SXR GT 175 is powered by a 174.7cc air-cooled engine producing 9.76 kW of power and 14.14 Nm of torque, while the 124.45cc SXR GT 125 delivers 7.8 kW and 10.4 Nm.

Both models feature 14-inch wheels, LED headlights, telescopic front suspension and adjustable rear shock absorbers. The 175cc variant comes with front-wheel ABS, a 5-inch TFT display, Bluetooth connectivity, music and call management, and turn-by-turn navigation. The 125cc model features a 5-inch LCD display and combined braking system.

The engines comply with BS VI OBD II Stage B emission norms and are compatible with E20 fuel.

The scooters are available in three colour options each, with additional touring accessories offered separately. Bookings are open at Aprilia dealerships across India.
