Coming to the plot of this movie, it was all the struggle of songstress Lalita who faced a lot of circumstances due to her unflinching love towards Shekar. Well, Sunjay Dutt who essayed the role of Girish will be seen as Lalita's moral support. Finally, Saif Ali Khan in the name of Shekar, turns into a villain with all his jealous and anger. Lalita who is financially dependent on her uncle will against her love Saif as his father wants to make Lalita's family homeless with his evil business plan. Then Lalita approaches another wealthy man Sanjay Dutt to seek help. Well, the movie takes a turn with this move of Lalita and makes jealousy Sanjay turning into a villain. How will Lalita protect her uncle from the clutches of Saif's father and what made Sanjay Dutt motivate Lalita will form the crux of the story…
