As there is no clarity on the opening of the theatres, most of the Bollywood ace producers are eyeing on OTT platforms. We have already heard the news of Laxxmi Bomb, Big Bull, Bhuj: The Pride Of India and Sadak 2 movies are getting released on Disney+ Hotstar.
But the makers of 83 and Sooryavanshi are still taking the chance and pushed the release dates. PVR cinemas too to its official Twitter account and announced the news… Have a look!

In this tweet, the makers announced that Sooryavanshi will hit the theatres on Diwali and Ranveer Singh's '83' movie will be seen on big screens @ Christmas 2020.
Confirming the news of the postponement of his '83' movie, Kabir Khan doled out the reason behind not opting for OTT release, "83 is a film that has been envisioned and made to be experienced on the big screen and we are ready to wait for things to get normal and then release it in cinemas."
'83' movie will showcase the entire journey of our dear Kapil Devils and make us witness how they worked hard to clinch the Cricket World Cup in 1983 from the hands of West Indies. This movie has Deepika Padukone as the lead actress and Ranveer Singh will essay the role of Kapil Dev.
83 movie is directed by Kabir Khan and is bankrolled by Vishnu Vardhan Induri, Madhu Mantena, Deepika Padukone, Kabir Khan and Sajid Nadiadwala under Vibri Media, Reliance Entertainment and Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment banners.
Well, coming to Sooryavanshi, this movie has Akshay Kumar as the lead actor who will portray the role of ACP Veer Sooryavanshi (Anti-Terror Squad). This Rohit Shetty Cop drama will have Katrina Kaif as the lead actress. Even Ajay Devgn (Sangram Bhalerao aka Simmba) and Ranveer Singh (Bajirao Singham) will play cameo roles in this flick.
