In the velvety voice of Sachet Tandon, the song is composed by Sachet-Parampara and written by Irshad Kamil.

'Kabir Singh' is a remake of Telugu blockbuster 'Arjun Reddy', which featured Vijay Deverakonda and Shalini Pandey. Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, who also helmed the original, 'Kabir Singh', the film revolves around a hot-headed surgeon who becomes an alcoholic and drug addict after a failed relationship.
