Netflix has planned something special something spooky for their audience to begin this New Year with. Yesterday the teaser of Netflix's Original Ghost Stories which will be lead by the team of the acclaimed directors who brought you the collections of selected stories with Bombay Talkies and Lust stories, dropped on the internet and the quick sight of it sent chills down viewers spine.

This is the third collaboration of the director Karan Johar, Dibakar Banerjee, Zoya Akhtar and Anurag Kashyap after Bombay Talkies and Lust stories. Ghost Stories stars Janhvi Kapoor, SobhitaDhulipala, AvinashTewary, Gulshan Devaiah, Mrunal Thakur, KushaKapila, SukantGoel, Vijay Verma and SurekhaSikri in significant roles. In this spine-tingling series of horror stories, each director has their own story to tell which is claimed to be filled with fear.

Ghost Stories would be a fresh endeavour for all the directors because none of them has ever tried their hands on directing horror movie. The teaser of Ghost Stories starts with the cawing of crows over trees and then the camera captures the glimpse of several stars followed by the name of directors for each story. There are some scary shots as well in between and it appears that Ghost Stories will be more of a psychological than a massacre. The teaser then ends with the name and a tagline that reads "Your fears will find you."

Ghost stories which will be ventured by the team of different directors will be released on Netflix on 1 January 2020. Some compelling offerings in the sort of acting as well as story are expected in this horror anthology. Let's prepare ourselves to get hooked with this new Netflix Original.
