Vaani Kapoor Teams Up With Akshay Kumar For 'Bell Bottom'

It was just a couple of days ago we heard the news of Akshay Kumar's Laxxmi Bomb movie getting released on Disney+ Hotstar. As Akshay Kumar will be busy with 3-4 projects in a year, this news is about his next movie 'Bell Bottom'.

Being an outfit name, this movie goes totally different from its title… It is going to be an espionage thriller which is going to be directed by Ranjit M Tewari.

The latest update about this flick is, young actress Vaani Kapoor is going to join Akshay Kumar as the lead lady. This news is confirmed by Vaani Kapoor and trade analyst Taran Adarsh with their social media posts…

In this post, Taran confirmed the news and stated that Vaani will be the lead actress of 'Bell Bottom' movie. He also announced the release date of the movie: 2nd April, 2021.

Vaani Kapoor stated that, she is super thrilled and excited to join the cast of Bell Bottom. She also expressed her happiness teaming up with one and only one Akshay Kumar sir.

Vaani also shared her happiness and doled out a few words… "I am thrilled to partner with Pooja Entertainment who have already made me feel at home at this initial stage of our film. Hoping that this excitement will translate beautifully on-screen".

Bell Bottom is not a remake; it is being filming based on true incidents which took place in the 1980s. According to sources, this movie will show off the tale of an India's forgotten hero.

Even the producer of this movie Jackky Bhagnani said, "Vaani is an intelligent and an effective actor and I have loved all her performances. The female lead in Bellbottom has to be in sync with Akshay Sir's screen persona. The role is meaty and I am confident that Vaani will ace this one".

Bell Bottom is going to be directed by Ranjit M Tewari and is bankrolled by Vashu Bhagnani, Jackky Bhagnani, Deepshika Deshmukh, Monisha Advani, Madhu Bhojwani and Nikkhil Advani Pooja Entertainment and Emmay Entertainment banners.
