Nani's film with web-series directors?
With the advent of streaming giants like Netflix and Amazon into India, the trend of making web shows has become a norm.
With the advent of streaming giants like Netflix and Amazon into India, the trend of making web shows has become a norm. Many actors and directors are venturing into this digital space to bring out the content they like, without being censored. But most of the Indian shows failed to grab the attention.
Barring exemptions like Sacred Games, Made in heaven and Mirzapur, there are no worthy web shows to discuss on. But now, another web series has joined this elite list and it was made by Telugu born filmmakers Raj and Krish Dk. The director-duo earlier made films like Shor in The City, Go Goa Gone and A Gentleman.
They now started the shoot for the second season of a web series called The Family man. Starring Manoj Bajpayee in the lead role, this film deals with the life of a middle-class man who also works as a world-class spy. Raj and DK have proved their mettle in the digital space as well. The show also stars Sundeep Kishan and Priyamani in the other important roles. Samantha makes her debut with this one into digital space.
On the other side, Raj-DK are in talks for a film with Nani.
