Rashmika Mandanna Reveals The Risks She Took For Mysaa
In Short
Rashmika Mandanna revealed the extreme risks she took while shooting for Mysaa, including jumping from a 90-foot waterfall, performing underwater action sequences, and battling a severe hip injury. The actress shared her challenging journey during the film’s teaser launch event.

Tollywood’s ace actress Rashmika Mandanna’s Mysaa teaser has completely stolen the show with its intense action sequences. Well, our dear Crushmika made us witness her de-glamourous look and was seen performing unbelievable stunts. Right from running across dangerous hilltops and jumping from a 90-foot waterfall to enduring underwater combat and mud fights, she performed all these stunts on the sets of Mysaa and also suffered a severe hip injury.
Well, she is all recovered now and also resumed the shoot for Mysaa after wrapping up Ranabaali shoot. On the other hand, Rashmika also opened up about her dangerous journey on the sets of Mysaa during the teaser launch event.
Speaking about Athirappilly Falls for an underwater sequence, she said, “I have a fear of heights. Looking down from top scares me a lot. Going there to a 90-foot waterfall and jumping meant I was literally shivering the whole day.”
She also added, “While dancing, my hip tendon broke. My doctor told me, ‘Looking at this scan, it looks like a football player’s scan. It doesn’t look like an actor’s scan.’”
Well, Rashmika also stated that although there is only a 12-day shoot left for this movie, she is already nervous about what’s going to come up. Mysaa is being helmed by Rawindra Pulle and produced by Ajay Sayyapureddy, Anil Sayyapureddy and Veerasai Gopa under the UnFormula Films banner. It will hit the big screens on 27th November, 2026!
