‘Rich: A Basti Boy Love Story’ launched with grand pooja ceremony
A new Telugu film titled Rich – A Basti Boy Love Story was launched with grand pooja ceremony. Starring Mohit Pedada and Srijita Ghosh in lead roles, the film is directed by Raja Narendra.
Produced jointly by Padmanabha Reddy and Margam Gopi under MG Arts and IFX Studios Pvt. Ltd, the film has Mahendra S Gaikwad as co-producer and presented by Baby Aradhya and Adarsh.
The shoot is scheduled to commence next month. The launch event witnessed the presence of directors Gopi Mohan, Dasarath, V. Samudra and G. Ram Prasad along with D.S. Rao, Mittapalli Surender and Jabardasth Avinash.
Director Raja Narendra stated that the film is a modern-day basti boy love story which intends to engage the young generation viewers. Producer Padmanabha Reddy appreciated the script of the film and spoke about his confidence on the project. Lead actor Mohit Pedada spoke about the interval sequence, climax, songs and photography as the USP of the film.
However, Srijita Ghosh expressed her feelings of being a part of the project. Actress Pooja Kendre opined that her role will help to entertain the audience with an interesting turn of events.
Co-producer Mahendra Gaikwad disclosed that the makers are planning to release the Hindi version of the film post-Telugu release. Composed by Sai Karthik, the music along with cinematography by Sateesh Reddy will be unveiled by the makers soon after completion of the shoot.
