It is well known that Bollywood’s ace actor Vivek Anand Oberoi essayed the role of Vidyutjihva, the husband of Shurpanakha and a commander of the demon Kalakeya clan in the recently released Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana – Part One movie. As this mythological tale completely stole the hearts of the audience, it minted more than 150 crores on day 1 itself and is running successfully in the theatres.
Thus, all the cast and crew of this movie are completely enjoying this success and are sharing their happiness on social media. Even Vivek also dropped a few posts on his co-actors Ranbir, Sai Pallavi, Yash, Rakul, Kajal Aggarwal, Ravie Dubey, Lara Dutta, director Nitesh, producer Namit, music director AR Rahman and cinematographer Mahesh. He thanked them for their support through these heartfelt notes.
First, he starts off with the man behind the movie, producer Namit Malhotra and heaps praises on this visionary man for making Ramayana happen on a grandeur scale:
His post reads, “My brother Namit Malhotra, Ramayana is not just a film, it’s a MahaYagya for Bhartiya culture & values and playing Vidyuthjiva is my small Ahuti in this Mahayagya! Thank you for pushing me to do this bhai!
Thank you for dreaming big and bringing the story of Shri Ram to the world on such an extraordinary scale. The world of Avatar may be a creation of imagination, but the world of Shri Ram is our civilisation, our heritage and our truth. What a defining moment for Indian cinema!”
Next comes the director Nitesh Tiwari… Vivek completely trusted the director and his vision and thus the rest became history.
This post reads, “Nitesh Tiwari – Nitesh bhai, the most valuable thing in the world is time! The years of your life you have dedicated to Ramayana are visible in the magic of every frame! I didn't feel like I was watching a film; I felt like I had travelled back to the Ram Yug. What an incredible experience! You have woven a tale for every generation and are a master of emotions bhai!”
Here comes Yash aka the mighty Raavan
How can he forget Ranbir Kapoor who impressed all and sundry essaying the role of Rama…
This post reads, “Ranbir Kapoor – There may have been curiosity about how you would portray our beloved Shri Ram, but after watching you yesterday, I can simply say, I saw my Ram ji on screen. You brought such grace, dignity and divinity to the character. In the scene you realise Dashrath ji is dead, you brought tears to my eyes brother!”
Then comes Sai Pallavi aka Sita Devi:
Next in the line is about Ravie Dubey who essayed the role of Lakshman in this mythological tale:
