CAT 2026 Admit Card: IIM Indore To Release Hall Tickets Today; Check Download Steps, Exam Schedule

The Common Admission Test (CAT) 2026 admit cards will be released by the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore on November 6. The candidates who have registered will be able to get their hall tickets from official website (iimcat.ac.in) by providing their application login ID and password.

Earlier the date of release of the admit card was announced as November 04 and was later pushed up 2 days later. The revised schedule says that the download will be kept open till the day of the entrance test, which is November 29.

All candidates are requested to have their login details handy and to access the official website to enable the download link.

CAT 2026 Admit Card: How To Download: CAT 2026 Admit Card

After clicking on the link, candidates can follow this procedure to get their hall tickets:

Step 1: Go to the official website of iimcat - iimcat.ac.in.

2. Click on the 'Registered Candidate Login' option.

Step 3 – enter Registered CAT 2026 User ID and password.

Log in to access the candidate dashboard 4.

Step 5: Click on the link to download the CAT 2026 Admit Card.

6. Unlock the hall ticket and check all the information.

7. Download the admit card PDF and make a nice print out of it.

The candidates are advised to thoroughly read their personal information, Examination Centre, Allotted Shift and Reporting Time. If there is any discrepancy it should be reported to the examination authorities.

CAT 2026 Mock Test To Be Available From November 6

In addition to the admit cards, the official CAT 2026 mock test will also be provided on the examination website from November 6.

The mock test aims to familiarise the candidates with the computer-based test (CBT) interface and the format of the test questions. This is a good preparation for the actual test, as the aspirant can get an idea of the environment of the examination room by using it.

Admit cards are issued for the CAT 2026 exam

CAT 2026 is being held on November 29 in the computer-based test (CBT) format in around 170 cities. The exam will consist of three sessions of two hours each.

The following times are scheduled:

- Slot 1: 8:30 am to 10:30 am

- Slot 2: 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm

- Slot 3: 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm

The candidates are required to verify their respective admit card for their allocated slot and reporting time. The examination authorities have also allowed for a change of examination date as well as the timings of the examination, if necessary.

To ensure exam security, the CAT 2026 will have new security measures at the exam centres.

In a bid to curb malpractices in this year's examination, the Indian Institutes of Management have put in place extra security measures.

Some of these measures involve using face matching software, and mobile jammers at certain exam centres. Candidates appearing in CAT 2026 must carefully read the instructions related to the exam and follow the guidelines given by the authorities.

The candidates are requested to download their admit cards well in advance and get familiar with the test interface through the official mock test as the exam is scheduled on 29th Nov.
