Hyderabad: A novel educational model "Emotional Language Teaching method" has been developed by Dr. Challa Krishnaveer Abhishek, Research Scholar in Department of Linguistics of Andhra University.

The Andhra University has awarded Degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Linguistics for the thesis "The concept of emotional language teaching: A Theoretical Framework" submitted by Dr. Krishnaveer Abhishek.

Prof. PVGD Prasada Reddy, Vice-Chancellor, presented the Ph.D. proceedings to Dr.Abhishek here today. The Vice-Chancellor congratulated Dr.Abhishek for designing and developing the new method of emotional language teaching, which help the students to learn new languages effectively with ease.

Dr.Abhishek did his Ph.D under the joint guidance of Prof.C.R.S.Sarma(Department of Linguistics) and Prof.L.Manjula Davidson (Department of English). Explaining the new model, Dr. Abhishek said that his research study has all the ideas and strategies to convert English into one's Emotional Language. The study focused on ESFL students, particularly of rural background, who can't afford a quality education. This study shows ways for them to be masters of the very language that has been mystifying them for so long.
