The first ever OnePlus Music Festival brings together music genres with outstanding performances

Mumbai, 16th November 2019: With over 25000 fans on ground, the first-ever OnePlus Music Festival brought together a range of mesmerizing performances that blew audiences away. Held at the DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai, the festival kickstarted with India's very own Indie bands AsWeKeepSearching and The Local Train followed by the country's most celebrated composer Amit Trivedi. As the sun began to set, the crowds cheered as pop icon Dua Lipa took center stage. Keeping the momentum going, India's Hindustani EDM music prodigy Ritviz got crowds singing along to his most acclaimed single 'Udd Gaye'. The true roar came when it was time for global pop superstar Katy Perry to walk on stage. Getting adrenaline rising was the eclectic and theatrical performance backed by Katy's powerful vocals. Taking the evening to a crescendo Katy Perry wrapped up her performance with her hit single Fireworks accompanied by a stellar pyrotechnic show; leaving crowds cheering for an 'encore'.

A night to remember, OnePlus delivered on its promise and commitment, giving its largest community in the world a celebration of the best that music has to offer. For its biggest community engagement experience yet, the brand chose nothing but the best to ensure an evening worthy of its community. The set featured over 550 moving lights, 280 acoustic sound speakers, 4500 running feet of trussing coupled with incredible artist production making for a larger than life experience.
