Allari Naresh's Naandhi Movie Review & Rating {3/5}

Naandhi is the latest Telugu film directed by Vijay Kanakamedala and produced by Satish Vegesna. Story:

Surya (Allari Naresh) is a software employee who gets framed in a murder case without his involvement. He gets arrested and gets imprisonment. Then an advocate (Varalakshmi Sarathkumar) enters the scene and takes up his case. Why did she show interest in the case? Why did Surya get arrested? What happens in the end? Forms the story of the movie.

Performances:

Allari Naresh is the show stealer of this film. Especially in the emotional sequences, his performance is top-notch. He has delivered his career-best performance in the film. Varalaxmi Sarathkumar will entertain the audience with her beauty as well as performance in the movie. Her screen presence is amazing and added more strength to the film. Priyadarshi Pulikonda delivered an honest performance in the film. He acted naturally. Harish Uthaman is too good in his role and justified his role. Praveen is also worth appreciating. The rest of the actors also made their presence felt.

Technical Aspects:

Vijay Kanakamedala should definitely get the credit for making the movie as engaging as possible. The director has succeeded in narrating the story in a captivating way and will make the audience stick to their chairs. The way he handled the story and executed it is worth appreciating. Production values by Satish Vegesna under SV2 Entertainment are very high. Music by Sricharan Pakala is top-notch. His extraordinary BGM suited really well for the film. Especially, the background score is too good. Cinematographer Sid's camera angles are a delight to watch.

Verdict:

Naandhi is a film that will reveal the awesomeness of Naresh as an actor. As an actor, he has given his best for the film. He stole the show with his amazing performance and helped the film reach the next level. The dark theme and the seriousness in narration will keep the audiences engaged. The first half of the film is interesting and sets the mood right for the second half. The gripping narration is a huge plus point for the film. The second half gets diluted a little with unnecessary political elements in the plot. The drama is so intense in the film and actually helps the audiences find a connection with. On the whole, Nandhi is a perfect film for Naresh at this point in time in his career. Don't miss it.
