Amaravati: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu will participate in the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan in Varanasi on Thursday as part of nationwide programmes marking Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 25 years in public service. The month-long programmes are being organised to commemorate Modi’s journey in public life as Chief Minister and Prime Minister.
The Varanasi–Vadnagar Seva Yatra is being conducted in Kashi as part of the celebrations, connecting Varanasi and Vadnagar, two places associated with Modi’s public life. The Seva Sankalp Abhiyan seeks to highlight public participation, the spirit of service and social responsibility as key elements of the country’s development journey.
The organisers have called for the participation of every village, family, youth and woman in the development process. According to the schedule, Naidu will reach Varanasi at 9.35 am.
He will have darshan at Sri Kashi Vishwanath Temple at 11.15 am before proceeding to the Rudraksha International Convention Centre.
Naidu will participate in the flag-off ceremony of the Seva Yatra at the convention centre.
The Chief Minister is scheduled to leave Varanasi at 3.10 pm and reach Amaravati at 5.15 pm.
