Nandyal: Sri Gururaja International School student P Saikumar has been selected for national-level ball badminton competitions.
School Director P Shaikshavali Reddy announced that the tenth-grade student earned his national berth following an outstanding performance at the Sub-Junior State Level Ball Badminton Tournament organized by the Andhra Pradesh Ball Badminton Association in Markapuram.
Saikumar is set to compete in the upcoming national championship in Chhattisgarh on October 5.
Director Shaikshavali Reddy congratulated the young athlete and lauded coach DP Raju for providing exceptional professional training.
