One dead, other injured after car catches fire in Guntur
A fire suddenly broke out in a car carrying a father and son as they were returning from a hospital in the Sangadigunta area of Guntur leaving the car in blaze. The deceased identified as Tadikonda Harikrishna burnt alive as his son, Akhilesh, was injured in the accident.
On being informed, the police came to the spot and investigated the whole incident. They have initiated an inquiry about the causes of the fire and if it was caused due to any technical failure in the vehicle or not.
Akhilesh is now admitted in the hospital and undergoing treatment.
