Around 100 Sheep Killed by Train Near Ghatkesar Railway Station
Tragic accident took place early in the morning on Tuesday near Ghatkesar railway station in Medchal-Malkajgiri. As per the reports, around 100 sheep died after they were hit by the train near Kepal, located near Aushapur. These sheep were the property of the owners of Juluru Alinagar, which is situated in Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri district.
Apparently, these sheep which were grazing in the vicinity got scared because of the noise produced by Dakshin Express running from Kazipet to Hyderabad Nampally, and as the shepherd was sleeping nearby, he could not control the sheep and a lot of them got into the railway tracks.
After that, they were hit and killed by the train. Sad mood prevails in the surroundings after this tragedy. Railway officials and police reached there after they received information about the accident, and now they are investigating the accident site.
