Barkas Cricket Club to hold cricket tourney

Barkas: Barkas Cricket Club will be organising the Barkas Cricket Tournament from November 21 and winning team will get a gold cup and Rs 1 lakh cash prize. The runner-up will be presented a trophy and Rs 50,000.

On Monday, Barkas Cricket Club unveiled the 10th Barkas Gold Cup-2019. Speaking to media persons, Habeeb Abdullah, the club president, said that Barkas Cricket Club had been organising the cricket tournaments for last 9 years.

The 20-20 tournament will start from November 21. A total of 16 teams will be participating from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The entry fee is Rs 10,000 and last date is November 15.
