CM Revanth Reddy to distribute 4.5 lakh new pensions in Kodangal today
Hyderabad: Long wait for the release of new Cheyuta pensions to the eligible has come to the end. Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy would launch the distribution of 4.5 lakh new pensions in Kodangal on the Diwali festival on Sunday.
State Panchayat Raj minister Dr Danasari Anasuya Seethakka said that the new pensions will be granted to eligible persons from various categories, including widows, single women, persons with disabilities, weavers, and toddy tappers. During the event in Kodangal, the Chief Minister will personally hand over pension sanction documents to some of the new beneficiaries. Subsequently, across all districts in the state, ministers, public representatives, and officials will distribute the sanction documents to the eligible beneficiaries. Those who have been newly granted pensions will begin receiving their pension payments starting November this year.
