Ramgopalpet division corporator Athelli Aruna Srinivas Goud inspected the ongoing construction works of catch pits at Meklekguda division on Monday. As part of the works, the damaged catch pits are being repaired and new manholes are being placed over catch pits.
Secunderabad: Ramgopalpet division corporator Athelli Aruna Srinivas Goud inspected the ongoing construction works of catch pits at Meklekguda division on Monday. As part of the works, the damaged catch pits are being repaired and new manholes are being placed over catch pits.
Speaking on the occasion, the corporator said that Rs 9 lakh was sanctioned for the repairs of catch pits and GHMC has so far identified 80 damaged catch pits in the division.
She said that the repair works were started four days ago and would be completed within three months. She urged the people to bring to her notice if there were any issues in their colonies so that they can be addressed at the earliest. Among those who were present on the occasion include GHMC officials, colony residents and others.
