Hyderabad: School students join KCR birthday celebrations in Hafeezpet division
Local TRS division president Baling Goutham Goud, along with government school students, planted saplings on the premises to mark Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao’s birthday and greeted him.
Hafeezpet: Local TRS division president Baling Goutham Goud, along with government school students, planted saplings on the premises to mark Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao's birthday and greeted him.
Goud stated that tree plantation programme was taken up in Hafeezpet division by the party activists in response to the call given by TRS Working President and Minister K Taraka Rama Rao. He advised people to take up plantation and save trees as part of the Haritha Haram project to usher in green Telangana and back CM's efforts.
The TRS leader observed that trees "provide life support to human beings, besides helping protect the environment. If there is an environmental imbalance it can pose a threat to the very existence of humans. There is a need to take care of saplings, as a mother would of her children."
Those present on the occasion included Ward members K Venkatesh Goud, K Srinivas Goud, Narender Goud, R Mallesh Goud, Saikumar Goud, Pandu Mudiraj, Venkatesh, Rakesh, Mukender, Krishna, Raju Goud, school management representatives, and local TRS activists.
