Ifter dinner organised at Patancheru

Patancheru: Telangana government sponsored Iftar dinner was organised at GMR Function hall on Tuesday night. The programme, organised by Patancheru MLA Gudem Mahipal Reddy, was attended by the Telangana Home Mohammad Mahmood Ali, MLCs Fariduddin and Bhoopal Reddy. Special prayers were offered on the occasion.

Speaking on the occasion, the Minister said the Iftar party promote communal harmony as people of all communities come together to participate in the dinner. He said the state government led by the Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao has initiated several minority welfare programmes and has been allocating huge funds towards their welfare. Large number of people from Muslim community participated in the dinner.
