Hyderabad: BRS president K Chandrashekar Rao summoned party MLAs and MLCs to his farmhouse at Erravalli on Sunday to discuss the strategy to be adopted in the Assembly sessions starting from September 7.

According to the party leaders, with the Assembly sessions scheduled to begin on September 7, the BRS party president KCR has decided to hold a meeting of the party's legislative wing.

Accordingly, a joint meeting of the party's MLAs and MLCs will be held on September 6 at his Erravelli residence. The meeting will commence at 2 pm, after lunch at 1 pm, and will be presided over by party chief KCR. The BRS chief has directed the MLAs and MLCs to attend this meeting without fail.

According to party leaders the BRS chief will not attend the sessions this time also. BRS MLA G Jagadish Reddy during a press conference confirmed that KCR will not attend the Assembly.

He said that the soldiers of BRS were enough to tackle the ruling party. The ruling party members were unable to face the soldiers and they cannot face KCR, he said. He said that the biggest achievement of the Revanth Reddy government during the 1,000 days was dropping Minister Konda Surekha from the cabinet.
