A married woman and her boyfriend committed suicide by consuming pesticide here at Manchirevula village under Narsingi police station limits. Sampath and Parvati consumed cooldrinks mixed with pesticide and ended their lives.
Not long after, Sampath regretted his step after consuming it and called up his friends to shift them to a hospital. However, the two were dead while undergoing treatment at a hospital.
According to the police, Sampath and Parvati had been in a relationship for several years. However, Parvati was forced to get married to one Yadagiri seven years ago and the couple has a five-year-old daughter. It is learned that Parvati used to meet Sampath frequently even after getting married and she left home on November 6.
The woman's husband lodged a missing complaint with the police after he failed to trace her. She was found dead in Manchirevula village on Saturday night. The woman is a native of Sadasivapet mandal of Sangareddy district.
