Rangareddy : Officials told to ensure cleanliness in villages
In-charge Collector of the district, Harish, directed the officials to take steps to maintain cleanliness in the villages. He reviewed a meeting on 30-day action plan in panchayats with RDOs, tahsildars at Collectorate on Tuesday.

The Collector told the officials who were appointed as special officers to visit their respective villages twice a month. Apart from supervising the present condition of the trees planted during Haritha Haram, officials should also focus on functioning of government offices, Collector said. If medical staff was not turning up on time at PHCs, inform to DM&HO, he said.
Collector asked the officials to gear up for the upcoming municipal elections. DRO Usharani, DPO Padmaja Rani, ZP CEO Jitender Reddy, industries officer Rajeshwar Reddy and municipal commissioners were also present.
