REDBUS …! Where is my bus ticket refund?
This is to draw the attention of the authorities concerned to the unfair practice of bus operators who sell tickets through travel agents. My complaint is against Nuego Travel. I booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Vijayawada for September 8 for Rs.857.
I got the message at 5.29 in the evening that the bus is cancelled on account of an “unavoidable exigency” citing PNR.15637309 and mentioning that they will refund the amount Rs 797.05, asking me to coordinate with the travel agent. I called customer care and spoke to Kausai madam. She mentioned a different amount and asked me to contact REDBUS.
This is the problem I am facing with Nuego travel. Others may be facing similar problems with other bus operators selling tickets through travel agents.
