Residents fed up with garbage pileup

Nacharam: Garbage is being dumped near a transformer even though there is a board saying 'Do not dump garbage here' near Snehapuri Colony in Nacharam. It is being dumped on the pathway and people are not able to walk, says Sagar a resident.

During summer, the branches of trees are also dumped here which blocks the road. The residents have repeatedly met officials asking them to stop burning of garbage, but their requests have fallen on deaf ears.
