Hyderabad: TPCC working president A Revanth Reddy held roadshows in Kukatpally, KPHB Colony, Balaji Nagar and Begumpet divisions on Saturday.
During his speeches, Revanth questioned voters whether they were allotted 2 BHK houses as promised by the TRS government in 2016. Five years have passed but, beneficiaries are still clueless on this, he fumed.
The TRS government had not bothered about the people of the city who were badly hit with floods. The 10K flood relief announced by CM had only benefitted TRS leaders and activists, he charged.
Revanth said that both TRS and BJP did nothing for the city and it was Congress regimes that were behind the city development. The Congress leader took exception to BJP's statements to change name of Hyderabad as Bhagyanagar, as it was shaped by the Nizam rulers.
He alleged that Amaravathi dream has been killed, and now BJP is hell bent on playing the same card in Hyderabad city.
Earlier in the day, the Malkajgiri MP tweeted to PMO, Lok Sabha about protocol violating during PM's visit to Hyderabad on Sunday. He stated that both Hakimpet Airforce station and Bharat Biotech, visited by the PM falls in his Constituency, but he was not given an invitation for the PM's visit.
