Telangana High Court to Deliver Verdict on MLA Danam Nagender’s Disqualification

The Telangana High Court Division Bench is would announce its verdict today at 3:45 pm in related to the disqualification of Khairatabad MLA Danam Nagender. The case involves petitions filed by Eleti Maheshwar Reddy and Padi Kaushik Reddy, who allege that Nagender switched political party.

The state Assembly Speaker previously stated that Nagender had not changed parties, but the petitioners challenged this decision in the High Court.

As the debate continues, expectations are high ahead of the court’s ruling.
