Hyderabad: In a significant initiative to promote cyber safety awareness among children and young citizens, the Telangana Cyber Security Bureau (TGCSB), in collaboration with Samagra Shiksha, Telangana, and Child Rights and You (CRY), organised a statewide live interaction and awareness programme on cyber safety through T-SAT on Wednesday.
The programme was organised as part of the observance of October as Cybersecurity Awareness Month, dedicated to promoting greater awareness and responsible digital practices among citizens.
Titled Cyber Safety – Open Forum with Students, the programme provided students an opportunity to interact directly with Shikha Goel, Home Secretary, and Director, Telangana Cyber Security Bureau (TGCSB), and raise questions on cyber safety, online risks and responsible digital behaviour. She engaged them with a practical game and highlighted the importance of PAUSE.
