Vadderas seek tickets to contest in civic polls
Vaddera youth association and charitable trust chairman Shivarathri Ailamallu has demanded that all political parties give due recognition to the members of their community and provide them an opportunity to contest in the forthcoming municipal elections.
Bagh Lingampally: Vaddera youth association and charitable trust chairman Shivarathri Ailamallu has demanded that all political parties give due recognition to the members of their community and provide them an opportunity to contest in the forthcoming municipal elections.
He was speaking at the state-level committee meeting of the association at Sundaraiah Vignana Kendram on Friday. Tarnaka division corporator Allamkunta Saraswathi attended the meeting as chief guest. Speaking at the meeting, Ailamallu said that the association would strive for providing employment and political opportunities to Vaddera youth.
He said that the community would support only those political parties which provide opportunity to members of the community to contest in the elections. Among those who participated in the meeting include Allamkunta Lahari, general secretary of the association T Maharshi, Shivarathri Uppalaiah, Pallapu Yadaiah, Devalla Veeranna, Orsu Rangaiah and others.
